Is it safe?

 

Halotherapy is drug free and a 100% natural method developed by Prof. Alina V. Chervinskaya, M.D., Ph.D. The process works by letting the patient inhale salt particles from the air. Salt levels are controlled by an advanced computer regulated machine. The machine keeps the dry salt aerosol levels constantly optimal and concentrated in the air. Halotherapy is similar to swimming in the ocean and is equally safe for children.

 

How many treatments do I need?

 

The amount of treatment sessions depends on the individual and their condition. Recommendations vary from 3-25 sessions and with  various saline concentrations. More details can be seen in this document.

 

How are you different from other salt caves?

 

The salt on the walls and floor in all salt caves serve a decorative, aesthetic and therapeutic purpose by providing negative ions.  Our salt cave uses European technology to physically grind laboratory pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride (superior to food grade salt) to a specific molecular size (1-5 microns) that is measured by a laser instrument in the the salt cave and is then sprayed into the air generating dry salt aerosol until the required concentration is achieved. We decided to decorate only the walls with salt and leave the floor untreated to provide a clean and dust free environment for breathing. Our salt room is cleaned every day and salt concentrations are achieved by spraying dry salt aerosol in the air and measured with our precision laser equipment every single session.

Our salt cave was built with a Faraday cage, sealed with carbon YShield paint and grounded to our copper pipes to block electromagnetic fields which you can measure with our 3 axis EMF meter. Or simply see the signal bars on your phone drop when you walk in to the room.

 

Built Healthy - We have designed our facility to be healthy from the inside out. We have used specialized re-purposed cotton insulation and hospital grade drywall that is designed to prevent mould. All paints and sealants were certified to contain zero VOC or formaldehyde which is common in general construction materials and practices.

Kids (4-12) are $20.

Infants (0-3) are free.

Room has 2 available anti gravity beds and a small kids play area, an extra bed may added at customers request.
