Lets talk about good food. For those of us already trying to avoid processed food there's still the "expensive" organic vs "cheap" pesticide debacle. Personally I'm tired of talking about the "problems", lets talk about solutions. 1. Grow your own. "Yeah right!" you say. Fair enough but its the most obvious and "hardest" option. If you are still interested look up "square foot garden" or for the techies "aquaponics". 2. Buy Organic. "Its expensive" Buy form farmers markets. They are closed most of the year. Fair enough. 3. Use organic grocery delivery services they range between $30-100 a week. I dont know about you but I spend way more than that on food. @drmarkhyman The truth is that the quality of what you eat is FAR more important than how much you eat.⠀ ⠀ There has only been one study done that showed no difference between organic and conventional produce.
